3. The sample is free for all esteemed clients who have the interest of our items.  Firstly, we will charge them the refundable cost as sample charge prepayment by T/T in advance.  This cost will be refunded to the latter payment when both of us have the deal.  All samples will be mailed to client's office through their designated international courier account within 2 working days upon received the remittance form of T/T refundable cost and courier account number.
4.  If the sample charge is paid by cheque, each transaction of sample request will be extra charged to the amount of USD8.00 as Hong Kong bank-in charge.
5.  Each ball pen is charged to the amount of US$8.00.
